MILSIG M66 LL – 42mm Multipurpose Tactical Launcher

The MILSIG M66 LL is a unlocked professional-grade, 42mm multipurpose launcher featuring a folding barrel design specifically engineered for Law Enforcement and Security applications.

Powered by either HPA or CO2, the M66 LE comes standard with the MATS stock, designed to house 13ci HPA tanks for a streamlined, self-contained power source.

Driven by the proven GL HeatCore system, the M66 LL offers unparalleled versatility. The velocity can be finely adjusted to provide optimal power based on the mission-specific projectiles being used:

Standard Operation (70 Joules): Optimized for a wide array of projectiles, including solid kinetics, multiple kinetic rounds, and frangible pepper powder rounds.
High-Impact Mode (100+ Joules): For critical situations requiring maximum kinetic energy with heavy projectiles.
Safety/Legal Mode (20–30 Joules): Adjustable to meet non-lethal legal limits or for chemical powder applications where safety and crowd control are the priority.
Sport/fun Mode (-20 Joules): Adjustable to meet legal safe field limits for airsoft, paintball, foam darts applications .

Extreme Versatility: One Launcher, Endless Payloads

The M66 LL is designed to deploy a vast range of 42mm and adapted projectiles. It is capable of launching:

Kinetic: Golf balls, large rubber projectiles, and bean bags.
Irritant: Single or multi-ball pepper rounds.
Tactical: Marking projectiles, smoke grenades, and distraction/explosive grenades.
Blast: Powder or gel blasters.

Modular Barrel & Shell System

The launcher features a detachable 42mm barrel (perfectly sized for golf ball-style projectiles) and is compatible with a variety of specialized cartridges and inserts:

40mm Cartridge: For standard 40mm projectiles, including rubber balls and grenades.
17mm Shell: High-capacity deployment of 12x .68 caliber projectiles.
6mm Shell: High-volume deployment for 6mm BBs.
Milsig/A5 .68 Adapter: Allows for the use of standard .68 cal barrels. This is ideal for chronographing the launcher to specific legal limits for training or for certifying joule-limited versions for specific markets.
36mm Expansion: A 36mm barrel/shell option for 36mm grenades is coming soon.
